Orpha Mae Lenard

Orpha Mae (Hackney) Lenard, 93, of Oden, AR passed away September 18, 2026, in Mena, AR with family by her side. Orpha Mae was born February 10, 1933, in Cherry Hill, Arkansas to John and Anges (Thompson) Hackney. She is preceded in death by both parents, husband Raymond Lenard, sons Marty Lenard and his wife Kimberly Lenard, Mikey Lenard, 1 great-great grandson and all of her siblings.

Orpha Mae is survived by her son Ricky Lenard and wife Linda, and Ronny Lenard and wife Rosie, daughter Connie Singleton, 12 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren,9 great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 22, 2026, 1-2 pm, service will follow at 2 pm, at Union Church in Pine Ridge, Arkansas, with Bro Tommy Beshears officiating.  Pallbearers: Nick Lenard, Justin Lenard, Dustin Lenard, RJ Lenard, Michael Stovall and Gary Alston. Burial at Pine Ridge Cemetery.  Arrangements were made and directed under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home in Mount Ida, Arkansas. Guests may register at thorntonfh.com
