Melba Nillene Mckanna

Melba Nillene McKanna, 82, of Mount Ida, Arkansas, passed away at home Sunday, January 10th, 2021. She was born August 6th, 1938 in Poyen, Arkansas, to Thomas H. and Lelia (Edwards) Lewis. Melba was preceded in death by her parents, her grandson; Jeremy Teel, her brother; Larry Lewis and her daughter-in-law; Patty Murray.

Melba is survived by her husband of 38 years; Teddy McKanna, 2 daughters; Sheila (David) Teel and Laurie (Ambrose) Locke, her son; Allen Murray, 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, her brother; Roy (Brenda) Lewis, her sister; LaResa Byrd and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

There will be a service at a later date.
