Johnnie Osburn Cozby Sr.

Johnnie Osburn Cozby Sr., 73, of Norman Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021. He was born December 29, 1947, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, to the late Clifton and Lillian (Dickson) Cozby. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, step-father, brother, son; Joe Donald Dekuyper, 2 daughters; Judy Weikel and Patricia Vaughn.

Johnnie is survived by his wife of 29 years; JoAnne Cozby, sons; Johnnie O Cozby Jr., Terry Dekuyer, both of Arkansas, grandchildren; Shalla, Judy, both of Oklahoma, Sky, Misty, Marlin, and Levi, all of Oregon, great grandchildren, sister in laws; Jayne Vandermeid, Sherry Cray, of Arkansas, Virginia Peaslee, Betty Reeves of Oregon, brother in laws; Roger Coughran of Arkansas, and Anthony Coughran of Oregon along with many other family and friends.

Memorial service will be October 23, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Gates of Praise in Glenwood, AR., with Bro. Vernon Wehunt officiating. Arrangements were made under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home of Mount Ida, AR. Guest register at www.thorntonfh.com
