Eugene Cotton Parliment

Farris Eugene “Cotton” Parliment, 93, of Mount Ida, Arkansas, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020 at CHI St Vincent in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Cotton was born July 6, 1927 in Mena, Arkansas to Charlie and Mary (Warren) Parliment. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, wife; Sylvia Parliment, son; Freddie Parliment, daughter-in-law; Elece Parliment and 6 siblings.

Cotton is survived by 2 sons; Carl Jay Parliment and Charles Parliment, grandchildren; Neil Parliment, Joy and Jason Wadley, C.D. Parliment, Michelle Minton, and Courtney Rhoden, great grandchildren; Anna Belle Wadley, Mary Wadley, Brittany (Scott) Hanna, Taylor Collum, Caleb Rhoden, Emily Miller and Gage Miller.

There will be a memorial service at a later date at Reed Cemetery.
