Danis Lovell Sandlin

Danis Lovell Sandlin, 75, of Sims, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2022, in Hot Springs. He was born March 8th, 1947, in Mount Ida to the late Marion R and Virginia I (Hamilton) Sandlin. Danis is preceded in death by both of his parents and his brother, Billy Sandlin.

Danis is survived by his wife of 52 years, Brenda Sandlin, their 2 sons, Michael (Heather) Sandlin and Brandon (Kandis) Sandlin, grandchildren, Allison Sandlin, Ella Baldwin, Leah Baldwin, Lizzy Sandlin, Noah Baldwin and Miles Sandlin, brothers, James Sandlin and Jerry Sandlin, along with a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

There will be a visitation, Saturday, October 15th, 2022, 1:00-2:00 pm at Lone Valley Church in Sims. The service will be immediately after at 2:00 pm with Bro. Brett Furr officiating. Pallbearers will be Josh Summitt, Isaac Summitt, Trey Fiorello, Rayburn Gaston, Derek Sandlin and Luke Fiorello. Arrangements are under the direction of Thornton Funeral Service in Mt. Ida.
