Connie Blanche Carter

Connie Blanche Carter, age 78, of Oden, Arkansas, passed away Friday, April 24th, 2020, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. She was born September 6th, 1941 in Tyronza, Arkansas to William Mearl and Blanche Lena Mae Dempsey. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband; R.B Carter.


She is survived by her children; Bonnie (Dennis) Bostic, Jimmy (Jill) Burton, Margaret (Charles) Hoskyn, Bruce Carter, Steve (Paula) Carter, Landon (Marilyn) and Terry Carter, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
