Arvin James Saveall, 91, of Mount Ida, Arkansas, a faithful servant went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. He was born March 5, 1930, in Story, Arkansas, to the late Lonnie and Sarah (Stewart) Saveall. Arvin loved playing the guitar and singing Gospel Hymns. He also enjoyed worshiping with his church family at Faith Tabernacle where he served as superintendent for several years. He was preceded in death by his parents, his son, Delmon Keith Saveall, Sr., a brother, Moriece Saveall and the mother of his son, Retha Minton.
Arvin is survived by his wife, Wanda (Hooper) Saveall, his grandsons; D. Keith Saveall, Jr., James D. (Lori) Saveall, his daughter-in-law Kathy (Loyd) Lewis, his sister, Dorceal Elder, his great-grandchildren, Marley (Chantz) Bellamy, Karson Saveall, Adam Saveall, Linley Saveall, Kelsey Saveall, and Karley Saveall, he also had one great-great-grandson, Hunter Saveall,and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Service will be Saturday, March 5, 2022, 10:00 am, at Faith Tabernacle in Mount Ida with his nephew, Bro. Patrick Saveall officiating with burial at Reed Cemetery in Story immediately following. Pallbearers will be Adam Saveall, Galen Burke, Jason Lenderman, David White, Michael White, and Aaron Lenderman. Honorary Pallbearers will be Terry Kinsey and Tony Rocha.
