Alice Fern Owens, 61, of Pencil, Bluff, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2022, at home. She was born March 5, 1961, in Roseburg, Oregon, to Archie and Kitty (Anderson) Jolly. She was preceded by death both of her parents and daughter-in-law, Jackie Starr.

Alice is survived by her children, Charity (Ashley) Lewis, Dusty (Melissa) Starr, grandchildren, Jamie (Steven) Willis, Dusty Starr Jr., Shirley Starr, James Starr, Savannah Starr, and Amber Starr, great grandchild, Brylee Willis, brother, Alvin (Rosetta) Jolly, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
