Priscilla Fae Crump

Fae, 66, of Mt. Ida, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 10, 2024. She was born on Friday, June 7, 1957.

Fae was the embodiment of patience and humility. A God fearing, and wholesome woman, cherished and loved by the expansive family she has. As surely as God is alive, Fae is preparing the walk ahead in the life beyond for those who will join when their time comes. She now dances in the sky with her beloved brothers, parents, and husband, free of worry and pain.

Far too soon was her final breath, a shock to us all. In her time here with us in this life, Fae dared not harm a fly. Her gentle presence, though subtle, could warm and pacify all those graced with her peaceful aura. A selfless woman, who truly would give her last thin penny to anyone courage and humble enough to ask. Fae offered wisdom, comfort, compassion, and love. She believed in living life with the richness of quality time with both family and strangers alike. Those blessed enough to know Fae knew that her pursuit of happiness was peace and tranquility, rare commodities in today’s society that she seemed to come by effortlessly. Commodities that she shared generously with those around her.

Fae is survived by her daughter, Alicia Wheeler; grandsons, Corban Jay Wheeler, Bradley Marcus Wheeler and Thomas Edward Gibson; great-grandson. Jayson Layne Wheeler; sisters, Sarar McKay, Mamie Carol Wray, Melissa Manley, Eunice Miller, Dottie Mann and Christine Smith; many nieces and nephews and host of other family and friends.

Fae is preceded in death by both parents Thomas and Ruby Summitt, husband Stanley Crump, brothers, George Lewis Summitt and William Jon Summitt.

Priscilla Fae was the perfect example of her zodiac sign, Gemini. Having that split or double personality, both quite characters!

“From all the stories I’ve heard about her before being born to the memories I’ve made with her along the way, we all know she will not be soon forgotten.
