Noel Ivan Vincent, 60, of Parks, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021, in Royal, Arkansas. He was born June 22, 1960 in Springfield, Oregon to Clifford Jack and Ruth Virginia (Griffith) Vincent. Noel was preceded in death by his wife Melinda Neil Vincent, son; Ben Glenn, brother; Billy Eugene Vincent, brother-in-law; Johnny Fryar, paternal grandparents; Fred and Micah Vincent, maternal grandparents; Herman and Winnie Griffith.

Noel is survived by his parents; Jack and Ruth Vincent, siblings; Brenda Fryar, Craig Vincent, Carl Vincent and wife Patty, Cheryl Salmon and husband Paul and Sarah Husser with husband Adam, children ; Levi and Jessica Vincent, Ben and Kelli Vincent, Bo and Trisha Glenn, Brittany and Tony Calvi, grandchildren; Haley Vincent, Mia Vincent, Levi Vincent, Kyler Boykin, Bradyn Boykin, Kavon Vincent, Trinity Vincent, Mackenzie Vincent, O’Rion Vincent, Bentleigh Vincent, Nevaeh Vincent, Gunner Vincent, Beckett Vincent, Ben Glenn, Emily Calvi, Owen Calvi, Kylie Calvi, Wyatt Calvi, Logan Calvi and Willow Calvi.

A celebration of Noel’s life will take place Saturday, May 22, 2021, 2:00pm at Brushy Baptist Church.
