Larry D Gray

Larry D. Gray, 75, of Mount Ida, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, March 16th, 2021, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He was born May 13th, 1945, in Norman, Arkansas to the late Andrew (Pistol) and Mary Minerva (Lewis) Gray. He is preceded in death by both his parents, one daughter; Kimberly D Gray, sister; Lorene Gray and his father and mother in law; Lon and Flora Pope.

Larry loved spending time with his family and friends. He loved cooking hot dogs and fried potatoes over the fire also enjoyed camping, fishing , hunting, westerns and the westerns he liked he could watch a hundred times. Larry loved his little lap dog Lucy. He enjoyed going to church, gardening and sharing his vegetables.

He is survived by his wife; Kay (Pope) Gray of 52 years, two sons; Lonnie Gray and wife Susan, Kevin Gray and wife Melissa, grandchildren; Travis Gray and wife Haillie, Tyler Gray and wife Kristie, Teagan Gray, Aaron Baker and Deshay Jones and husband Luke, great grandchildren; Belle, Emma, Jaxxon and Andy, sisters; Iva Ponders and husband Jimmy, Carolyn James and husband Allen, brothers; Roy Wisener and wife Sue, RV Wisener and wife Katie, Rick Nelson and wife Jessica, brother and sister in laws Charles Pope, Kennith Pope and wife Linda and Doyle Pope and wife Debbie.

Memorial service will be Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 2 pm at Little Hope Baptist Church in Pine Ridge, Arkansas. Officiating will be Bro. Andy Kennedy.
