Johnny P. Martinez Sr., 51, of Mount Ida, Arkansas, formerly of Krotz Springs, Louisana, passed away, Thursday, April 7, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family. Johnny was born February 11, 1971, to Larry and Nedra (Coupel) Martinez Sr., in Donaldsonville, Louisana. He is preceded in death by his grandson, Kaisen Martinez, Mawmaw and Pawpaw, Lydia and Desire Coupel, father-in-law Ronald Baker and his mother-in-law, Betty Baker. Johnny is survived by his wife of 27 years, Autumn Martinez, sons, Johnny P. (Mariah) Martinez Jr., Drake (Kelsey) Martinez, Treston (Reagan)Martinez, Dalton Martinez, and Donavan Coates, daughters, Lauren (Tevin) Johnson and Katelyn (Dustin) Martinez, grandchildren, Kinslee Williamson, Jace Walker, Imrie Walker, Maddex Martinez, Haven Martinez, Emersyn Martinez, Ryett Martinez, Jagger Martinez, Sawyer Martinez, Peyton Martinez, Delanee Martinez, Xander Martinez, Alaya Martinez, Jacelynn Martinez and Skilynn Johnson, his parents, Larry and Nedra Martinez, his brothers and sisters, Larry (Kathy) Martinez Jr., Brian (Mary) Martinez, Chris (Michelle) Martinez, Tess (Chad) Witz, Jerome (Victoria) Martinez, Gerard (Heidi) Martinez, Dawn Martinez and Tina (Josh) Nezat, his Godchild, Reagan Martinez, special friends, Christine and Trey Mason, special niece, Kayla and Josh Cordova, nieces, nephews, host of other family and friends. Visitation Monday, April 11, 2022 from 6 to 8 pm at Thornton Funeral Home. Service Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 10:00 am at Lone Valley Church of God in Sims, Bro. Josh Harper officiating. Pallbearers will be Josh Baker, Johnny Martinez Jr., Drake Martinez, Treston Martinez, Dalton Martinez and Gerard Martinez.
