Joe Donald Claude Dekuyper

Joe Donald Claude Dekuyper, 59, of Pencil Bluff, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021, at his home. He was born August 5, 1961 in Lebanon, Oregon to Dumas C. and JoAnne (Coughran) Dekuyper. He is preceded in death by his father; Dumas C. Dekuyper, 2 sisters; Patricia Jarrell and Judy Wankel, both his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Joe is survived by his mother; JoAnne (Johnny) Cozby, brother; Terry Dekuyper and a host of other family and friends.

Memorial service will be Wednesday, May 26, 2021, 1:00 pm at Gates of Praise Church of God in Glenwood, Arkansas with Bro. Vernon Wehunt officiating.
