Jerry Wayne Sullivan Sr.

Jerry W. Sullivan Sr., 73, of Mount Ida, Arkansas, formerly of Oak Grove, La passed away Monday, October 4, 2021, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born April 2, 1948 in Lake Providence, Louisiana, to the late George and Alberta Sullivan. He is preceded in death by both his parents, brother; Odell Sullivan, and two sister; Bessie Higgins and Jean Bonneau.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 54 years; Norene Sullivan, sons; Jerry W. Sullivan Jr. (Kelly), Troy Sullivan (Donna), and Todd Sullivan (Donna), daughter; Mechele (Sullivan) Reneaux (Danny), 20 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, brothers; Lavell Sullivan (Jean), and Huey Sullivan (Fay), sisters; Lucille Peoples, Leva Cockerham, Wilma McKee (J.W.), and Brenda Cockerham (Kenny), brother in law; James (Shirley) Kindrix, sister in laws; Lorene (Tim) Campbell, and Diane Helmer and a host of nieces, nephews other family and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 8, 2021 from 5pm to 9pm at Unity Baptist Church in Oak Grove, Louisiana. Service will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 2 pm at Unity Baptist Church in Oak Grove, Louisiana. Interment will follow service at the church at Hillview Cemetery in Pioneer, Louisiana.
