Gene Edward Partain

Gene Edward Partain, 62, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away March 9, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born March 30, 1959, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, to Eutah and Helen Partain. Gene is preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Debra Partain, his father and mother; 3 brothers, Allen, Terry, Charles; his only sister, Cathern Weston.

Gene is survived by his son, Albert Partain, 1 granddaughter, brothers, Johnny (Barbara) Partain, Mark Partain, Joe (Phyllis) Partain, nieces, nephews, lifelong friend, Joe Starr and a host of other family and friends.

Gene worked most of his life at either Weyerhaeuser or GTS Heat and Air. Gene loved to deer hunt and fish.
Graveside service will be held Monday, March 14, 2022, 10:00 am at Oakwood Cemetery, Jessieville, Arkansas, Bro. Tommy Jones will be officiating. Arrangements were made under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home of Mount Ida, Arkansas. Guest register at www.thorntonfh.com
