Cynthia Lynn Offill

Cynthia Lynn Offill, age 72, of Pencil Bluff, Arkansas, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2022. Cindy was born in Pontiac, Michigan to the late Art and Vida Singleton.

She lived most of her life in Michigan but grew up spending her summers with her dear grandmother, Mimmie Singleton in Pencil Bluff. Cindy met her loving husband Gregory Offill in Pontiac, and just recently celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary. After retirement, she and Greg moved to Pencil Bluff, where she lived the rest of her life farming and gardening the land, they both loved.

Cynthia was a loving wife, a devoted mother, an inspirational grandmother, and a generous friend to many. She was a kind, creative, beautiful soul, that will be dearly missed by all.

Cindy is survived by her beloved husband Greg Offill, her daughter Rhonda and son in law Mike Shires, her daughter Rachelle Offill and son Gary Offill. She has five beautiful grandchildren that she adored: Liliann Shires, Jack Shires, Miles Shires, Trevor Offill and Mallory Offill.

Viewing services will be held on Thursday, November 10th, from 12:00 – 2:00pm, and will be immediately followed by Funeral Services at 2:00pm, at Thornton Funeral Home of Mt. Ida, Arkansas, with Bro.
