Clifford Jack Vincent

Clifford Jack Vincent, 87, of Oden, Arkansas, passed away January 17, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family. Jack was born September 22, 1934 in Oden, to the late, Fred and Mica Iona (McKay) Vincent. Jack is preceded in death by both his parents, sons; Billy Eugene Vincent and Noel Ivan Vincent, brothers, Clyde Edward and Clinton Dale and sister; Velta Marie, great grandchildren; Forrest Tubb and Reilee Sue Gibbs.

Jack is survived by his wife of 65 years, Ruth Vincent of the home, sons; Craig Vincent, Carl Vincent and wife Patty, daughters; Brenda Fryar, Cheryl Salmon and husband Paul, Sarah Husser and husband Adam, grandchildren; Cody Gibbs, Kenetha Tubb, Levi Vincent, Ben Vincent, Brittany Calvi, Jerrod Vincent, Jessica Bishop, Brandi Starson, Blake Vincent, Jackie Salmon, Dusty Salmon, Robert Salmon, Mandy Murphy, Sara Christopher and Chris Salmon, Dawn Salmon, Rebekkah Salmon, Kendra Tarkinton, Jessi Shores, Kaitlyn Samuels, Jasper Rose and Kloee Husser, numerous great grandchildren, brother; Fred Vincent Jr., along with a host of other family and friends.

Jack enjoyed going fishing, coon hunting with Victor Ryan, attending bluegrass festivals and spending time with his family, especially his grandkids and great-grandkids. He served on Oden School Board for several years and worked with the youth coaching basketball. He was also a proud United States Army Veteran, which he served 27 months in Germany during the Korean Conflict. He was of the Baptist faith.

Visitation will be Friday, January 21, 2022, 9:00-10:00 am at Brushy Baptist Church with services immediately following at 10:00 am, with Bro. Tommy Breashears officiating.
