Carl E. Ashmore

Carl E. Ashmore, 81, of Mount Ida, Arkansas, passed away at his home, Thursday, October 5, 2023, with his family at his side. He was born April 22, 1942, in Rosedale, Mississippi, to the late Lester and Eva Mae (Goodwin) Ashmore. He is preceded in death by his parents and his mom Daisy Ashmore, Son Carl E Ashmore Jr., daughters Carolyn, Carla, Gay, and Pam, grandsons Adam Ashmore and Carlos Hernandez, 2 brothers Mikey and Coman, and 3 sisters Sally, Margie and Patricia Ann.

Carl is survived by his daughters Penny Ashmore and Monica (Terry) Rath, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, his sister Diane Bennet, cousins Ronnie Minga, Mary Frances Phart and Debbie McClain, his close friends Scott (Shelly) Fairless along with a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
