Billy Lon Rogers, 43, of Oden, Arkansas passed away in Oden, AR on March 11, 2024. He was born on January 27, 1981, in Mena, Arkansas to William Alfred Rogers III and Laura Jean (Stucker) Brown. He is preceded in death by his father William “Bubby” Rogers.

Billy is survived by his mother Laura Brown (Paul), stepmom Lela Rogers, sister Morgan Brown, brother Jonathan Brown (Meghan), uncles Jeff Rogers (Jennifer), Robert Rogers and Scott Stucker (Caroline), aunt Debbie Wedge (Steve).
